Customers are advised to affect their own insurance if sending materials of special value
Colour Matching: exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed when printing at different times. Should colour matching be required a sample must be submitted with the order. Quoted sizes are approximate.
Warranty: should the order not be; of the required standard or indeed incorrectly produced all original documentation, the correct product, any samples and any other relevant information MUST be returned within 48 hours of receipt, stating the exact nature of the complaint. Shortages or discrepancies outside these parameters cannot be processed or investigated.
Delivery/Service Time: whilst every effort will be made to keep the required/quoted service times, the company cannot be held liable for any loss or damage howsoever caused by delays in delivery or completion of orders
Prices/Terms: all prices are subject to VAT at the current rate. Print Concern reserves the right to a credit charge of 2% per month on overdue accounts. As of 1st January all prices will be reviewed without notice to reflect the rate of inflation and material costs.
Payment: within 30 days of invoice date.
